Sales Support Specialist:

BlackStone is looking to add an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic sales support specialist. Someone who has the ability to effectively manage projects and source quality leads from existing clientele.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Physically deliver and pick up client projects from various locations around the Silicon Valley in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with sales and project management teams.
  •  Communicate with clients in person, via email, and phone regarding project status.
  • Attract potential clients by addressing service related questions.
  • Managing client expectations.
  • Solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively collaborate with multiple team members regarding client projects.
  • Proactively updating client account information in CRM platform.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Clearly communicate BlackStone’s service offerings to potential clients.
  • Report potential leads to sales from existing clients and potentially new clients.
  • Research marketplace and identify key buyers.
  • Support sales by expanding current client base.

Technical Analyst:

BlackStone is eager to add a motivated, enthusiastic Technical Analyst to support our technical solutions and document production teams.


  • Work with project managers to manage and execute data deliverables including intake, early analysis and reporting, filtering and culling, processing, hosted database promotion, and export from the database for production.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project manager to ensure data deliverable milestones are met in a timely manner and that data output is of the highest quality.
  • Maintain and support diverse databases and projects while respecting client confidentiality, being mindful of security needs, and following proper documentation procedures.
  • Receive sensitive client data from Forensics team and prepare data for various litigation purposes including early data analysis, full processing, analytics, and hosted review.
  • Manage and execute digital processing and technical projects.
  • Manage partial migration of databases to secure on-line hosted platforms for legal review and manage the hosted database.
  • Perform Quality Control checks of the above work of other Blackstone Technical Analysts.
  • Troubleshoot database and processing issues, thoroughly researching an issue until the final solution is achieved.
  • Respond to online and phone support requests in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally travel to other offices and client locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Legal Software Knowledge – LAW, Relativity, Viewpoint, Concordance, Summation & IPRO, or similar software.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Relational Databases.
  • Searching and Indexing Knowledge – Boolean, keyword, dtSearch, fuzzy, stemming, phonic, etc.
  • Thorough Documentation Skills – Ability to document technical steps taken for each phase of a project in a way that demonstrates an ability to understand, present, and collaborate regarding technical information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other business productivity applications
  • Ability to navigate high pressure situations with tight deadlines.
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter that does not need to be micro managed to output top tier work.
